What Somatic movement gives us if we slow down

Thrilled to see this article on somatic movement in the New York Times, Slowing Down to Feel: Moving Our Minds Around Our Bodies.

We can always benefit from movement classes, but in these pandemic times, it is really important. Somatic movement helps us listen to our bodies and live more in the present -- it's a case of slowing down our nervous systems. A reminder that I offer classes for people who have never taken somatics and for anyone who is an experienced somatic mover.
